Connecting military talent to fulfilling careers in NC biopharmaceutical manufacturing
North Carolina's booming biopharmaceutical manufacturing industry will need at least 8,000 new workers by the end of 2026. More than 108 biopharmaceutical manufacturing sites across the state currently employ more than 32,000 people at an average salary of $93,000. Entry-level salaries range from $45k to $70k, depending on the position, education and experience. The MOVE program is open to transitioning service members, veterans and military spouses - no science background is required.
